Common-sense leadership, rooted in Front Royal.
Born and raised in Front Royal and Warren County, Amber Faith Poe Veitenthal calls this community home in every sense of the word — it's where her roots are, where her family is, and where she has chosen to raise her own children. She is seeking re-election to Front Royal Town Council this November.
Service has always been at the center of Amber's life, whether through the Hike Kidz Foundation's work with underserved children, serving local families through youth softball, or representing residents on Town Council. During her current term, she has advocated for transparent government, responsible spending, protecting taxpayers, defending property owners' rights, supporting local businesses, preserving opportunities for urban agriculture, and protecting the character of Front Royal from development that doesn't fit the community's vision.
Will this leave Front Royal better for the next generation?
That's the question Amber asks with every decision on Council. She is a wife and mother first, and she wants her own children — and every child raised here — to grow up proud to call Front Royal home, and to choose it again as adults.
Together, we can create a thriving community built on shared principles and actions.
I've advocated for transparent government on Council, committed to listening first, asking tough questions, and making thoughtful decisions in the open.
I've advocated for responsible spending and protecting taxpayers, so Town dollars are used wisely on behalf of every resident.
From Town Council to the Hike Kidz Foundation and youth softball, my passion has always been investing in the people who make Front Royal special.
Data centers are not the right fit for Front Royal.
I support prohibiting data centers within the Town of Front Royal. Our limited land, infrastructure, resources, and small-town character should be protected for development that provides lasting value and aligns with the future our community wants for Front Royal.
Protecting the right to grow, raise, and provide.
I support urban agriculture that gives property owners the freedom to use their own property to grow food and responsibly raise animals. Our ordinances should protect neighbors and public health without creating unnecessary barriers for residents who want to be more self-sufficient.
Your property. Your investment. Your rights.
Property ownership is one of the foundations of individual liberty, and local government should respect it. I will continue advocating for ordinances that protect the health and safety of our community without unnecessarily restricting how responsible property owners use, improve, or enjoy their property.
